| Donal Brady, Master

Donal has over 20 years practical
experience in both sales and general management and has
a keen interest in human potential.
Following a nine-year stint as a Naval Officer, Donal
joined a major insurance company and was instrumental in
a successful launch of the company in Ireland. He fulfilled
a number of management roles finishing up as General Manager
for Ireland. He left the insurance world to pursue his interest
in people development teaming up with LMI in 1999. Since
joining LMI he has built up a loyal client base across a
range of industry sectors.
In his spare time Donal is a keen golfer and coaches youth
rugby in Wanderers FC.

| Bob McCarthy |

Bob has considerable experience in management, having
worked in managerial and leadership roles in the armed forces,
the financial services sector and in manufacturing.
He served in a variety of roles (seagoing and shore based)
as an officer of the Irish Navy for 16 years. During his
time in the Naval Service, Bob competed in the 1989/90 Whitbread
Round the World Race onboard NCB Ireland. Bob moved to the
financial services sector in 1994 and, some years later,
brought Leadership Management Ireland (LMI) to Cork. Now
over 7 years in Cork, LMI is now based at Cork Airport and
is a major provider of training and development services
to a wide range of clients.
Bob is an avid water-sports enthusiast.

| Róisín
Joyce |

Róisín is an experienced business leader
with over 20 years management experience in the promotional
marketing industry.
Following an early career in marketing in London, Róisín
returned to Ireland in the eighties and subsequently set
up Marketing Network, a promotional marketing consultancy.
The company grew rapidly to host a blue chip client list
and to become the market leader in its sector. Róisín
was also responsible for driving and developing industry
standards becoming the first chairman of the IISPC (now
APMC) and first Irish president of the European Federation
of Sales Promotion. In 1998 she decided to pursue a new
challenge and sold her shareholding in her company.
Róisín discovered her new challenge in LMI
and since joining as a licensee in 2001 has developed a
loyal client base across many market sectors.

| Martin Byrne |

Martin has almost 25 years experience in the area of
people development. He spent 17 years as an officer in the
Defence Forces before resigning and moving to the private
sector.
Within the private sector he specialised in Human Resources
and Industrial Relations consultancy. This was followed
by a senior position in the public sector where he was involved
in the formulation and implementation of a number of corporate
strategies. He joined LMI in 2004 and in that time has built
a client base in a number of sectors.
As a keen sportsperson he competes in triathlons and spends
most of his spare time coaching under age hurling teams.

| Tina McAvoy |
|
Tina has over 20 years experience in Sales
& Marketing and people development.
Many of these years involved working for Bord Gais Eireann
and an Asset Management Company. Tina's key responsibilities
have included managing a sales team and multiple property
portfolios. Tina joined LMI in March 2007 to concentrate
on her key strength area of people development in a work
environment.
She is committed to partaking in overseas walks to help
raise funds for charity, plays tennis and is a novice golfer.
