The most important part of any development and learning programme
is ensuring action is taken. We are passionate about getting people
to take action, in fact, we’re positively obsessed.
Each element of our unique process directs participants to take
action. We reinforce this at weekly workshops by helping participants
develop written plans of action. Participants’ managers
have an important role to play in this process and interact and
monitor progress via our unique feedback online system.
